Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 October 2026
What Ali1 is
Ali1 is a Discord bot and a web dashboard for setting it up, run by SantosHosting.net (“we”). It is free. There are no paid plans and no locked features, and we have no plans to charge for it. By adding Ali1 to a server, signing in to the dashboard or using its commands, you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
Who can use it
You must be 13 or older, the minimum age for Discord, and you must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Setting up Ali1 for a server needs the Manage Server permission there.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ali1 to:
- break the law, or break Discord’s rules;
- harass, threaten or target people, or spam;
- collect people’s data in ways they would not expect or that the law does not allow;
- attack, overload or probe the bot, the dashboard or the systems behind them, or get around their limits and checks;
- use the bot or dashboard to get access to servers or accounts that are not yours.
Server admins
Admins decide how Ali1 is set up and used in their server. They are responsible for their settings, for what the bot posts there, and for telling their members what data the modules record, as the Privacy Policy explains. Moderation actions, such as kicks, bans, timeouts, warnings, closed tickets and removed messages, are made by the server’s staff using the bot. We do not make them and do not review them. Take complaints about them to the server’s staff.
What we may do to keep the service working
We may turn a feature off for every server or for one, pause it while we update it, or mark it as being tested, at any time and without notice. A feature marked as tested works, but it is new and may change, break or lose data. Your settings are kept when a feature is turned off or paused. We may send a direct message on Discord to server owners about the service, for example about an outage, a change to a feature or a change to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Owners who run /optout stop are left out of announcements to all owners, but we may still write to an owner about their own server.
Removing Ali1
We may remove Ali1 from a server, block a server or a user from using Ali1 (we keep the blocked ID, the date and a short reason, even if the person asks us to delete their data, because deleting it would undo the block), or turn features off if they are being abused, break these terms, or put the service at risk. We do not have to warn first, but we will tell you why if you ask by email. You can remove Ali1 from your server at any time. What happens to a server’s data after that is in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
Ali1 is provided as it is, without any promise that it will work, be available, be free of mistakes or fit your purpose. It can go down, be slow or lose a message or a record. Do not rely on it for anything where a failure would cause serious harm. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that comes from using it or not being able to.
Changes to the service
We may change, add or remove features, change limits, or stop running Ali1. We will try to say so on the website first, but we may not always be able to.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we change the date at the top. Using Ali1 after that means you accept the new terms.
Your data
The Privacy Policy says what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to use your rights.
